Mollie Forman, nee Stieglitz, age 94, beloved wife and best friend of the late Jesse. Cherished mother of Barry (Barbara) Forman and the late Carole (Allan) Hartzman. Proud and loving grandma of Shari (Steven) Davis, Jill Hartzman, Lori (Scott) Reicin and Jason Forman. Dearest great grandmother of Max, Cody, Sarah, Jake, Jessie, Casey, Jaxson and Anna. Special Aunt of Jack (Marcia) Sostrin. Chapel service Monday 10:00 AM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Rd., Arlington heights. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. It was such a blessing when I had the honor of seeing Mollie at the Park. She shared lunch with me on a couple of occasions and we had such a wonderful time at the table where she introduced me to her very special friends. She was such a loving, caring person, always talking about her children and grandkids. She was truly a blessing to know.
